Type of Files We Accept​

• Preferred file types are .PSD, .EPS, .PDF & .AI.(BEST) 

• Vector files are best.

• If you're submitting Adobe Illustrator files, please make sure all text is converted to outlines on a solid or negative background.

• Other File Types: High resolution JPEG, PNG. All files must be 300 dpi or more these file types may require to be vectorized which cost a starting price of $45.00

Average Turn Around Time

• Our average turn around time is 7-10 business days (Mon – Fri) plus shipping time.

• Any order paid after 5:00pm your order will not be processed until the following business day.

• Adding additional finishing to your order may extend your turn around time.

Standard and Oversized Print Dimensions

• Standard Screen Size: Up to 12.5″ X 16″

• Oversized Screen Size: Up to 15″ X 18″ *Print Size max will depend on your smallest garment size (An additional $0.50/Item)

Custom Art/Art Work Clean Up

• Have a cool idea but not that artistic ? We can handle that for you.

• Have a bad resolution file and need it cleaned up and ready for print? We got you.

• Starting at $50.00 an hour.

• Custom art work is a two hour minimum.
